We believe that service makes the difference.Position SummaryThe Insulation Estimator is responsible for evaluating construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for insulation projects. This role involves assessing materials, labor, and equipment needs, collaborating with project managers and clients, and ensuring estimates aligned with budgets and scheduling.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand methods and equipment involved in Residential and Commercial installsMust be able to utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PlanSwiftMust be able to understand building codes and R-ValuesMust be able to read construction documentsMust be safety minded at all times/Attend all safety meetingsAttend Job site meetingsContract negotiation & reviewEstimating Residential and Commercial projectsProposal ReviewsTracks and follows up on all estimatesMaintain inventory spreadsheetsHelps with inventoryOther related duties as assignedQualificationsResidential and Commercial ExperienceMicrosoft ExcelOutlookEstimatingKnow building codesAbility to operate a forkliftHelp with inventory and track all materials and equipmentTime management
