Experienced Physical Therapist Needed
Experienced Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week local travel assignment in South San Jose, CA. Provide individualized treatment plans, collaborate with care teams, and maintain regulatory compliance while earning up to $3,160 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California PT License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
