Responsibilities: Provide medical care and support to patients under the supervision of a physician in the Ambulatory Surgery Clinic Conduct patient evaluations, perform procedures, and prescribe medications as necessary Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and medical histories Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic operations Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines, research, and technologies to provide cutting-edge care Requirements: Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant studies Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Current New York State license to practice as a Physician Assistant Prior experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory surgery setting preferred. New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
