About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-focused Head of Total Rewards to spearhead the design, governance, and delivery of its global compensation and benefits programs. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the firm's approach to attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent, with a strong emphasis on compensation strategy, carried interest, equity programs, benefits, payroll, mobility, HR operations, and HR technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and administration of all compensation programs, partnering with senior leadership to develop competitive frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves managing the full lifecycle of carried interest and equity programs, overseeing the design and administration of various benefit programs, and driving operational excellence across HR processes. Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 11 years' of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR disciplines, with a strong preference for those from private equity, asset management, or hedge fund backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the relevant areas, including HR technology and data, and have a proven track record of partnering with senior executives in a high-performance environment. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead teams and scale programs in a fast-paced, evolving organization. The role requires a leader who can influence decision-making and is adept at leveraging data and analytics to enhance transparency across compensation and rewards.
