Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by Physical Therapists aimed at addressing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions faced by patients.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises ranging from basic mobility drills to advanced strength training, ensuring they receive correct guidance and support to maximize their potential.
• Administer various modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy to enhance recovery and alleviate discomfort.
• Monitor, document, and report on patient progress and any notable changes to the supervising Physical Therapist, thereby facilitating ongoing adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients regarding home exercise programs and effective injury prevention techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.

Qualifications
