Project Manager & EstimatorA growing Cleveland-area HVAC and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Estimator to oversee commercial HVAC projects from estimating and bidding through project completion. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong HVAC/mechanical construction experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesPrepare HVAC estimates, bids, budgets, and proposalsReview project plans, specifications, and contractsSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedulesPrepare and manage change ordersAttend project meetings and maintain client communicationSupport Field Superintendents and internal project teamsEnsure safety compliance and maintain project documentationQualificationsHVAC and/or mechanical construction experience requiredExperience estimating and managing commercial HVAC projectsKnowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical codes preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGridEstimating software experience preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Profit SharingPaid Vacation & 8 Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementCandidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
