Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols with integrity and precision.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory machinery.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing ensuring everything is primed for accurate results.
• Document all procedures diligently, provide training for new staff or students, and help maintain the quality standards of the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to regulatory mandates and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree followed by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year from hire.
• Keep your certification active throughout your career with us.
