This is a $300,000+/60+ closings a year position for the right person. We handle everything from leads to marketing- you make calls and go on appointments. Only those with the desire to be high-quality, full-time, high-volume need to apply. Sound interesting?? Let's talk about your future!

Compensation:

$100,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and satisfying home-buying experience.
• Leverage our extensive lead network to connect with prospective clients, expanding your reach and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with informed advice on property values and market trends.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the buying process.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and successful work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales- some experience with limited success.

• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized buying experience.

• Cut from a high moral fabric.

• You've gotta LOVE taking care of people- do you have a Genuine Heart for Hospitality?

• Must have innate discipline and a desire to "go kill it & drag it home" every day.

• Must be a people person and exhibit a High EQ- able to read the room.

• Ability to answer the phone and an understanding that "speed to lead" is king in sales.
