You’ll need a working knowledge of tax so you can have holistic conversations with clients about the firm’s full service offering but you won’t be bogged down in preparing tax returns yourself. Day to day, that includes: Month-end and ongoing accounting support Financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Management reporting and dashboards Helping clients use their financials to make better decisions Hours and working style Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Dartmouth office. Busy periods can reach around 55 hours at the absolute most. Work is largely month-to-month, not seasonal. This is steady, commercial accounting work with advisory exposure, not a compliance treadmill.
