IT Helpdesk Technician - Support & Troubleshooting

Salary: $48,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Profound knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
• Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems
• Understanding of PC hardware components
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and its administration
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Capacity to maintain a positive, professional, and amiable demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills

• Provide prompt and friendly customer support and service to clients
• Diagnose and resolve issues across a variety of products, including PCs, servers, printers, firewalls, x-ray sensors, and communication devices
• Troubleshoot application software, particularly for dental office environments, collaborating with third-party support vendors as required
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on servers, workstations, and network equipment
• Log all calls, labor, and parts into CRM software consistently
• Perform data migrations from existing environments to new settings
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
