Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Tele
• Qualified applicants MUST have Insert all "Required" items like GE, OASIS, or Degrees
• Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain Ohio licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Clinical facility,

• Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units as an RN on Tele

• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes using Tele monitoring workflow

• Advocate for patient safety and continuity of care while supporting recovery on Tele through effective multidisciplinary communication
