Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Full-Time
Infinity Family Clinic – Manvel, TX
Infinity Family Clinic is a growing, privately owned family practice located in Manvel, Texas , just south of Houston. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate , we welcome your application and are committed to supporting your professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform annual wellness exams and preventive care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide medical weight loss management , including GLP-1 therapy
- Evaluate and manage patients receiving hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women (training available)
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current Texas APRN license with Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- DEA license (or eligible to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in weight loss management and hormone replacement therapy preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
