Job#: 3049797 Job Description Agile Scrum Master Location Plano, Texas (Hybrid) Employment Type Contract Contract Duration 12 Months Role Overview This role involves overseeing the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space. The individual will guide the team toward meeting enterprise agile transformation goals and work with other Scrum Masters and project managers to develop and drive cross-portfolio initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at scaling, incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management, improving team collaboration, and increasing visibility of delivery across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity. Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team. Support the team in removing impediments. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise. Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables. Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Knowledge and exposure to agile practices. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Professional Skills Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution. Ability to provide candid but caring feedback. Problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery.
