Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an HR Administrator for a top transportation client. This individual will provide administrative support to a small, collaborative Human Resources team consisting of HR Generalists, an HR Coordinator, and the HR Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing employee records, performing extensive filing, and assisting with various administrative projects. No prior HR experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional looking to gain exposure to Human Resources while supporting a critical public transportation organization.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves: • 3-4 years of administrative experience • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational and filing skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Professional customer service and front office experience • Ability to multitask and support a busy department Plusses: • Prior HR experience • Experience supporting an HR department • Public sector or transportation industry experience • Experience with employee records management

Compensation: $21/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
