Construction Laborer

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. You will be involved in a variety of tasks on the job site, including assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Our ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials. Load and unload construction materials and equipment as directed by site foremen and supervisors. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics and project goals. All other job duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues. Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety regulations. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
