A well‑established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to support high‑net‑worth probate matters within its Estate Planning and Probate practice group. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who is looking to take a strategic, leadership‑oriented approach to their work while collaborating closely with partners and clients. Responsibilities Manage and support high‑net‑worth probate and estate administration matters Prepare trust and estate accountings, as well as estate and fiduciary tax returns Draft legal documents, conduct research, and develop strategic case approaches Work closely with partners to deliver effective and personalized client solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient matter execution Qualifications Active membership in the Washington State Bar (required) LLM, CPA, or Masters of Tax (required) Experience administering taxable estates, including accountings and tax return preparation Strong drafting, writing, and legal research skills Excellent interpersonal and client‑facing communication abilities Ability to take initiative and operate in a leadership capacity on matters Work Environment 100% in‑office role Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 based on experience plus bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Life insurance Flexible spending account Parental leave Employee assistance program Retirement plan options #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
