Grand Rapids Hospital is looking for a Locum to Perm Plastic Surgery Physician for Oral Surgery coverage.

Dates of Coverage: August 4- January 5
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Practice Setting: Hospital based
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 0-1
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
Annual ER Volume: 60,000
Number of Plastic Surgeons in Practice: one plastic surgeon in the oral surgery on-call group
Description of Ancillary Staff: Full ancillary team is available
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 1-3 months

Requirement description :

Board Certified by by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - REQUIRED
MI License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Procedures Required: Plastic Surgery Cases TRAUMA, Plastic Surgery Cases ADULT, General Plastic Surgery; Facial Laceration Repairs, Scar Revisions, Skin Grafts, Flaps, Facial Reconstruction - Facial Fractures, all trauma related oral surgery cases - REQUIRED

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Michigan

On Call Requirements : One week a month
