This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site, full-time. As a strong tactical decision maker, the Senior Manager of Marketing serves as a leader overseeing staff responsible for implementing commercial marketing strategies and executing initiatives that drive market growth. This position focuses on increasing market presence through the deeper adoption of current and future products with new and existing customers. This individual will direct the work of assigned staff to develop and refine growth initiatives, sales and marketing tools, training, customer engagement and clinical marketing programs aimed at company growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and approve product messaging to differentiate our brand, drive adoption and convey strategic positioning.
• Oversee creation of product content for various media outlets, ensuring integration into sales tools and marketing campaigns.
• Translate marketing messages into sales enablement tools to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
• Lead market surveillance and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with sales and internal stakeholders regarding product features, pricing, messaging, programs, etc.
• Oversee development and execution of peer-to-peer training events at national and local levels.
• Contribute to educational programs for neurointerventional fellows and APP, including training content, presentations, videos and courses.
• Develop strategies to engage key customers through company visits, innovation initiatives, leadership interactions, local events etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing initiatives like physician training, product demonstrations and remote procedure proctoring and capture.
• Develop new claims and messaging based on emerging data, leading the approval process.
• Work with internal teams to integrate data into sales tools, web content and training materials.
• Contribute to strategic communications with emerging data to drive press releases, field communications and more.
• Serve as central contact for matters related to emerging clinical data for our and competitor products, keeping sales and stakeholders informed.
• Build and manage a high performing, engaged team, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Conduct field visits to maintain first-hand understanding of the market, customers, and sales.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in product management/marketing including people management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical fields; or a combination of education/training and experience.
• Experience providing direction and leading teams to accomplish short and long-range projects, anticipate customer needs, and take actions to achieve goals.
• Neuro experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other marketing tools.
• Ability to influence decision-making/action across organizations, independent of reporting structure.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand technical aspects of a product.
• Ability to work as an effective leader, be flexible, adaptable, and to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; conscientious and positive approach to work assignments; able to meet the challenges of multitasking and working at a fast pace while shifting priorities as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills; ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent communications skills (reading, verbal, and written).
• Willing to travel 20-40%
