Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Contract
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7:30am/8:00am-2pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments of medical and office supplies.
• Unload packages and verify their contents match the orders.
• Ensure correct packages are received and properly stocked.
• Organize and distribute mail among departments within the clinic and Business Office.
• Meter all outgoing mail.
• Support and adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math and recording abilities required
• Proven experience as a receiving clerk or similar position preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• An understanding of health and safety regulations is highly desired
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Reliable transportation is a must
