AI Automation Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time AI Automation Analyst will design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate routine service delivery tasks while collaborating with product, engineering, and service execution teams to enhance efficiency and scalability in the capital equipment sector. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate AI-driven workflows and agents for automating service delivery tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate manual processes suitable for automation Prototype and iterate automation solutions, measuring their impact and refining based on real workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of one year experience with structured and unstructured data for automation and AI workflows Hands-on experience building AI models, agents, or automation tools Ability to understand and improve workflows through automation Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical teammates
