Sales Operations Manager

Sales Operations ManagerDo you love bringing order to complexity and building systems that help teams win? Wolfe LLC is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to elevate how our sales organization works every day. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will guide the processes, insights, and tools that support our B2B sales teams & consumer marketing segments as we serve customers and drive growth. In this role, you'll lead the sales systems, analytics, and support functions that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll shape how we use our CRM (HubSpot), how we streamline the workflows that make selling easier and more effective, and the technical execution of the email marketing programs that reach our customers (deliverability, segmentation, automation, & ROI). If you enjoy turning data into clarity, simplifying messy processes, and helping teams work better together, this is the perfect opportunity to make a big impact. This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you will work with our sales & marketing teams to influence how the company operates, champion better practices, and support team members who specialize in CRM administration, reporting, and sales support. This is a 5-day onsite role based in Pittsburgh, PA.
