Associate Attorney- Corporate Finance

Overview Associate Attorney – Corporate Finance (NY, New Jersey, Philadelphia). A well-established national corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate (3–6 years’ experience) to join its growing finance team. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse mix of lending transactions involving financial institutions, private credit lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity-backed companies. Associates in this practice play a central role in structuring and executing financing transactions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment. The Opportunity You will advise clients on a wide range of corporate lending matters, including loan originations and real estate-related financings. The practice regularly represents financial institutions, private credit lenders, and corporate borrowers in complex credit transactions across a variety of industries. Associates in the team take on meaningful responsibility, including managing transaction workstreams, coordinating due diligence efforts, and drafting key financing documentation.
