Responsibilities:

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical components and systems.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred.

Basic knowledge of tools and machinery used in fabrication.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
