Inside Sales Specialist

Waters Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned remote territory. The role combines virtual customer engagement with field collaboration, focusing on prospecting, account expansion, and promoting analytical instrumentation and solutions to laboratory markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans identifying new business and expanding existing relationships
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement
- Partner with field sales, service, and application teams to advance customer opportunities
- Drive revenue through promotion of instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, and service agreements
- Maintain pipeline health, conduct virtual presentations, and present territory performance to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated independent work and cross-team collaboration
Compensation: $32.10–$51.30 USD hourly plus incentives
