This role operates at the intersection of business, product, operations, and engineering.The Platform Product Manager acts as the product owner and execution lead for their domain, owning the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption across CRM systems, data integrations, and internal tools.We are looking for someone who combines strong project management discipline with systems thinking, product ownership, and the ability to push work forward across teams.What You'll Do:Own Platform Initiatives End-to-EndEvaluate new ideas and requests from business stakeholdersClarify problems before jumping to solutionsDefine requirements with clear and measurable business outcomesTranslate needs into executable user stories with acceptance criteriaManage initiatives from discovery through release and adoptionDrive post-launch feedback and iterationOwn Domain Roadmap & BacklogMaintain a clear domain roadmap and clean, prioritized backlog, aligning priorities with the Head of PlatformBalance quick wins with long-term structural improvementsRun backlog grooming with developersEnsure user stories are properly scoped for delivery and updated regularlyTrack delivery progress and unblock issues quicklyPartner with Developers & AdminsTranslate business requirements into technical-ready workAlign on scope before delivery commitmentsHold developers accountable to delivery hygieneManage trade-offs between speed and sustainabilityThink structurally and understand system constraints.Drive Cross-Functional CoordinationAlign and coordinate stakeholders across all departmentsManage competing priorities transparentlyRun project working sessionsIdentify downstream impacts across systemsEnsure handoffs between teams are documented and repeatableAdoption, Training & Continuous ImprovementCreate documentation and process mapsRun training sessions when new functionality launchesGather structured user feedbackIdentify workflow breakdowns or adoption gapsPropose iterative improvementsQualificationsRequired4+ years of experience in Product Management, or in financial services or wealth management with demonstrated ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiativesExperience working with CRM systemsStrong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirementsProven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholdersStrong executive communication skillsPreferredFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and data flowsExperience acting as a product ownerExposure to workflow automation tools or low-code platformsExperience operating in software delivery environmentsTraits We ValueStructured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguityNaturally proactiveComfortable pushing for accountabilitySystems-oriented (thinks upstream and downstream)Comfortable with executive stakeholdersLow ego, high ownershipStrong written communicatorBias toward simplificationLeads with curiosityAlways learningNo task is too small mindsetCompensationThe total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on skills and experience.#LI-Hybrid
