Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Phlebotomist Required

Certifications:

Washington State MA-Phlebotomist (MAP) License Required
BLS (AHA) Required

Skills / Systems:

Must have experience with hospital draws

Experience with Epic/Beaker LIS system Required
