Paralegal II- IP Litigation
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their IP Litigation Practice Group. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case preparation, filings, and trial support. Manage large volumes of documents, including organization, review, and production. Coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests. Conduct legal and factual research related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Prepare and file court documents in federal and state courts, including e-filing. Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required. 5+ years of Paralegal experience. 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience preferred. Experience with ITC Section 337 is required.
