What You Will Do:
- Engage directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions, provide policy details, and offer solutions
- Collaborate with the Retention Specialist to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and policy retention
- Partner with Management and the Technical Services Administrator to complete training and deepen your understanding of products and services
- Build relationships with new and existing customers proactively, recommending additional products and services to support their goals
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately within our systems
- Assist prospective clients by assessing coverage needs, providing accurate quotes, and guiding them through the application process
- Perform other related duties to support team success
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in phone and written interactions
- Ability to navigate various computer systems efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty Lines license within 45 days of employment
- Ability to meet insurer appointment requirements as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service, insurance, or a similar environment
