Finance Specialist for Executive Presentation Review [Remote]

Help improve the clarity, impact, and investor readiness of financial presentations while contributing real-world finance expertise used to train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on reconstructing, reviewing, and enhancing executive-level financial materials. Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct and improve Microsoft PowerPoint slides that communicate complex financial data and insights.
• Design polished presentations using effective data visualization and visual storytelling.
• Edit and refine content for accuracy, readability, and alignment with financial communication best practices.
• Translate quantitative analysis and valuation findings into clear, investor-ready materials.
• Review presentation drafts and provide feedback on data integrity and persuasive messaging.
• Work asynchronously to deliver high-quality input aligned with project requirements and milestones.
• Apply finance expertise to support the training, reasoning, and performance of AI systems. No previous AI experience is required.

• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including slide reconstruction and custom presentation design.
• Demonstrated capability in data visualization and visual storytelling for financial audiences.
• Excellent written communication, content editing, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience creating investor materials, pitch decks, or board-level financial reports.
• Ability to work independently and provide nuanced, actionable feedback.
• Background in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related professional field.
