Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro Experience Location: Outpatient and Inpatient Care Facility. This position involves floating between units and providing specialized care to neuro patients, including post-surgical neurology, stroke, and other neurological diagnoses. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, Level II Trauma Center environment. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid state license (Compact license must be in hand at submission), ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, at least 1 year of clinical experience in neuro care, proficiency with Epic charting system, and experience with neuro procedures such as BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, craniotomies, CVA care, dysrhythmia interpretation, neurosurgery pre/post care, procedural sedation monitoring, spinal cord injury, trauma, telemetry, and traumatic brain injury units. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Floats: Float rotation may be required. Responsibilities: Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a neuroscience-focused unit, including stroke, neurosurgery, and telemetry. Must be comfortable with the NIH scale and proficient at caring for post-surgical neurology patients and various neurology diagnoses. Additional Information: Candidates must be able to work holidays, meet specific scheduling requests during submittal, and provide two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years. Candidates should have at least one year of experience and be comfortable with Epic charting.
