Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Med/Surg experience preferred.

Unit Details: Uses CPM (continuous passive motion) for specialty surgeries, nerve block pumps, and On-Q balls. Typical procedures include IV starts, Foley/straight catheterization, CPM application, and early mobilization. Patient population includes elective orthopedic and orthopedic trauma patients.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
