If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Engineer to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning, designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruptionDesign and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security requirementsAct as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; your deep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdlesWork closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practices for ongoing ISC administration and governanceAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications:Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, or a related field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (for example: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferredProven application onboarding and migration expertise; demonstrated experience leading at least one significant migration project from a legacy IAM solution (for example: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISCDeep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; proven understanding of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)The ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor other team members.Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive complex identity governance initiatives Ability to travel as requiredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H 1B, L 1, TN, O 1, E 3, H 1B1, F 1, J 1, OPT, CPT or any other employment based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
