Enrollment Specialist (Part-Time) Location:Onsite in Atlanta, GA 30341 Schedule:Part-Time (typicallypart-timehours between8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with rotating shift) Compensation:Starting atapproximately$25–28/hour, based on experience About the Role We areseekingan energetic, relationship-drivenEnrollment Specialistto help families discover everything our premium Early Childhood Education school has to offer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, providing exceptional customer service, and confidently guiding prospective families through the enrollment process. As the first point of contact for many families, you will create a welcoming experience, conduct engaging school tours, nurture prospective families through consistent follow-up, and build lasting relationships within our local community.This is a fully onsite position based at the school, whereyou'llwork closely with school leadership, staff, and families while serving as a visible and engaged member of our school community. What You'll Do Welcome prospective families and conduct engaging, personalized school tours. Manage and nurture enrollment leads through consistent phone, email, and text follow-up. Guide families through the enrollment process and confidently ask for enrollment commitments. Build strong relationships with prospective and current families by providing outstanding customer service. Follow up with enrolled families at key milestones (one week, one month, three months, and annually) to ensure satisfaction and encourage online reviews. Maintainaccuraterecords and manage leads using our CRM system (FMS). Utilize Medallia tomonitorparent feedback and support review generation. Represent the school at community events, networking opportunities, and sponsorship activities. Identifyoutreach opportunities that increase community awareness and enrollment. Collaborate closely with school leadership and staff to ensure an exceptional family experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people make important decisions. Qualifications: Proven success in customer service, sales, hospitality, admissions, concierge, or relationship management. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills. Comfortable following up with prospectivefamilies'multiple times whilemaintaininga consultative approach. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Emotionally intelligent and able to build trust quickly. Technology proficient and comfortable learning CRM platforms and communication tools. Professional, polished, and confident in presenting to families. College degree preferred but notrequired, with a demonstrated, stable work history. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Admissions or enrollment Early childhood education Private schools Hospitality or luxury concierge services Sales or business development Community outreach or event coordination Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting around$25–28/hour, based on experience.
