As a Business Development Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions organization, you will be based in Grand Rapids, MI. Our portfolio includes: Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) Student Debt Solutions Earned Wage Access Financial Education and Wellness Programs Other employer-sponsored financial wellness and benefit solutions As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business acquisition by partnering with employers, benefits leaders, HR professionals, consultants, and brokers to deliver innovative financial wellness and consumer-directed healthcare solutions. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify client needs, uncover opportunities, and develop customized strategies that align with organizational goals while enhancing the employee experience. You will collaborate with internal partners and subject matter experts to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle and build long-term client relationships. Candidates who have experience selling or consulting on employer-sponsored benefit solutions, including: Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) products Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) COBRA or benefits administration solutions Employee benefits technology platforms Financial wellness programs Payroll, HRIS, or workforce solutions Experience selling to one or more of the following audiences: Human Resources leaders Benefits leaders Total Rewards professionals Benefits consultants and brokers Payroll decision-makers Finance leaders Candidates with direct Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH), HSA, FSA, HRA, employee benefits, benefits administration, or financial wellness sales experience are strongly preferred.
