What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
2. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
3. Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
4. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
5. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
6. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

What Is Required

1. Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
2. Ability to carry trays, dishes, and bus tubs safely.
3. Good communication and teamwork with servers, hosts, cooks, and managers.
4. Fast-paced work ability — especially during busy meal periods.
5. Basic cleanliness and organization — clearing tables, wiping them down, resetting them, and keeping the dining area stocked.
6. Customer-service skills — being polite and helpful to guests.
7. Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
