Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant

Key Details about role: Manage payroll, scheduling, and team member timekeeping. Serve as the primary administrative support for the Food & Beverage leadership team. Coordinate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), amenities, and department communications. Maintain the Food & Beverage calendar, meetings, and special events. Support purchasing, invoicing, and operational reporting. Utilize systems including Salesforce, Unifocus, BirchStreet, OpenTable, ONQ etc Handle incoming calls and assist team members with departmental needs. Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information. Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while balancing multiple priorities. Responsibilities
