What you’ll do Welcome guests with warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality. Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest requests. Act as a lobby ambassador and local expert for New York City. Assist with luggage and ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure. Resolve guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and creativity. Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver seamless service every day. What we’re looking for Positive energy and a passion for hospitality. Strong communication and multitasking skills. A proactive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player. Hospitality experience is a plus, but personality, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
