Job Title Consumer Experience Senior Product Designer Location Morristown, NJ Overview Senior Consumer Experience (CX) Product Designer responsible for delivering world-class user experiences for Sanofi products and ecosystem. Will partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and evolve consumer‑focused solutions at scale, driving Sanofi’s CX strategy and supporting AI, automation, and experimentation initiatives. Responsibilities Apply the design thinking process, including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and final spec design. Lead product design initiatives across all phases, ensuring continuity and relevance of user experience. Advocate and embed Human‑Centered Design principles within cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Design Leads to define and evolve the product design strategy for Sanofi Digital. Drive and document design standards, patterns, and systemic consistency across products. Work with product, engineering, and other partners to integrate design into the consumer experience and development process. Measure and test design outcomes to ensure positive user experience results. Facilitate continuous customer feedback loops, UX opportunities, and design improvements. Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI, or related field. 5+ years of experience designing products, with a dynamic portfolio that demonstrates design process and shipped products. Proficient in iterative design sprints, lean, Agile development, and Human‑Centered Design methods. Strong command of prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools. Experience with design systems, platform guidelines (iOS, Android, web, connected devices) and interface libraries. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for audiences at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of pharma/health technology. Experience with filmmaking, motion design, multimedia design. Strong attention to detail and precision in crafting ideas. Ability to influence and lead cultural and digital transformation initiatives. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00, commensurate with experience.
