This individual must have a background in full cycle sales in a business‑to‑consumer (B2C) environment and will be expected to “Lead From the Front” in producing sales. This role is 80-90% Sales and 10-20% operations. The General Manager will oversee all studio operations from sales to mentoring and training, to long‑term business strategy. Key Qualifications Ability to collaborate with your team to develop strategic plans, driving sales revenue and successfully achieving monthly studio sales goals, as well as providing exceptional customer service to every client that walks through our doors. Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results. Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing environment. We want to hear from you if you have A passion for fitness and a desire to assist others in their fitness/wellness goals, 2+ years of fitness sales experience, Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner, Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail, Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, Excel in a fast changing, diverse environment, Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment, Solid writing and grammar skills, Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, Strong attention to detail, Self‑motivated; takes initiative to strategize, plan, communicate, and execute monthly studio sales game plan, Team player with the ability to lead and train sales employees, Strong Social Media skills, Ability to protect confidential information, Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and studio management software, High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Duties Lead all studio operations, Recruit, mentor, train and oversee Sales Representatives and Flexologists, Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking, Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts, Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory, Independently make decisions related to high level customer service, Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures, Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions, Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a very competitive base salary; plus, Commission paid on all sales.
