Full Stack Developer - Chrome Extension, Healthcare

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 4+ years of professional software development experience; this is not an entry-level or new graduate role.

• We lead and mentor a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in development.
• We build and maintain full stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• We develop REST APIs and backend services with role-based access control and HIPAA-compliant audit logging.
• We design and optimize PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM.
• We build and maintain a Chrome Extension using Manifest V3 that connects directly with web-based EHR systems.
• We develop and support Firebase Cloud Functions and other serverless backend services.
• We work across PostgreSQL, Firestore, and BigQuery to support operational and analytical workflows.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to deliver patient management, reporting, and analytics features.
• We debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, browser extension, database, and cloud environments.
• We ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security when handling protected health information.
• We participate in code reviews and help maintain a high-quality TypeScript codebase.
