This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Banks company vision./ppMinimum pay is $19 an hour./ppThe qualified applicant will:/pulliBe responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record./liliIdentify and address clients needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc./liliResolve clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources./liliIdentify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring needs./liliPerforming other duties as assigned./li/ulpClient Service Associate (Teller) Qualifications:/pulliRequires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience./liliBasic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking./liliMust have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs./liliExperience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred./li/ulpLocations:/pulliRetail Support covers a geographical area.
