What You’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day production activities (cutting, portioning, marinating, packaging, et
- Dri ve productivity, efficiency, and product qual
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountable
- Run daily startup meetings and clearly communicate performance expectation
- Ensure compliance wi th GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Partner cross-functionally wi th QA, Planning, and Shipping
- Identify and impleme nt continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking
- For3+ years of supervisory experi ence in food production or manufacturing with a strong preference for the Fish or Seafood industry
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, FSMA)
- Proven ability to lead i n a high-volume, fast-paced environ me nt
- A hands-on leadership s tyle (this is not a desk role)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
