BERICAP is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Professional to provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key business leaders, helping drive organizational priorities, executive initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the company. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources out of our Ann Arbor Michigan Office.What You'll DoCalendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex schedules and high-priority meetings with precision, professionalism, and discretion. Taking meeting minutes. Digital Fluency: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, streamline workflows, coordinate communication, and support executive operations efficiently. Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of executive meetings and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets. Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between leaders and teams, building strong relationships across the organization. Travel & Expense Coordination: Manage travel logistics and expense reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strategic Support: Support the implementation and coordination of key business initiatives, including leadership calendars, milestone tracking, and organizational priorities. What You BringApproximately 10 years of experience in administrative support, business operations, or customer service roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
