Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage any incoming/ outgoing phone calls with professionalism, while addressing inquiries or transferring to the appropriate department. Schedule patient appointment for NexGen services Assist with patient intake by collecting insurance information, IDs, and any other neccessary new patient docments. Update and maintain accurate patient records and documentation, and is securely stored in compliance wit HIPAA. Collect copayments Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and office management. Utilize electronic health record systems such as eCW for patient management tasks. Job Info: Work Schedule: Alternating Fridays: 9am - 5pm in Paramus, NJ Hourly Rate: Min: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour This role requires occasional travel to other offices based on coverage needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
