D365 BC Support Analyst

Salary: $113,000 - 153,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• We are looking for a background in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• We expect practical knowledge of core financial, operational, and job costing modules.
• Preferred: experience with legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environments, including familiarity with Object Designer.
• Preferred: exposure to third-party ERP add-ons such as Project Pro, Payroll NOW by Integrity Data, or Serenic/Sylogist Payroll.
• Preferred: active Microsoft Dynamics certifications in NAV or Business Central.

• We provide functional and technical end-user support and resolve issues across General Ledger, Job Costing, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Payroll modules.
• We assist cross-functional teams with regular accounting cycles, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• We support system expansion and migration work by contributing to testing, documentation, user training, and data onboarding for new business entities.
