Branch Manager

What you will enjoy doing* Youwill coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales andmargin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of requiredbranch reporting Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadershipvalues, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety‑focused workenvironment You will play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards anddelivering exceptional, customer‑centered service Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening teamcapabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issueresolution Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency,while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support salesobjectives What makes you great Highschool diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is stronglypreferred You will have 2+ years of retail sales experience, along with 2+ years ofmanagement experience, bringing a strong foundation in customer engagementand team leadership A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol‑related drivingconvictions within the past ten (10) years is required Able to lift 50lbs Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
