Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary clinic in Oklahoma City, OK. Come join our team as we provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach in helping children with autism and other disabilities. Our clinic includes psychology, ABA, OT, and Speech services. This position primarily consists of the following:

The Position:

* Assess individual fine and gross motor, sensory, and activities of daily living (ADL) skills
* Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
* Serve as a team member for multidisciplinary evaluations
* Perform small group and individual therapy based on client needs
* Provide family education and training to assist in transfer of skills
* Be willing to supervise and develop a team of COTAs as the clinic grows
* Work in an outpatient, private-practice setting
* Maintain client records
* Maintain confidentiality of patient records in according with HIPAA and State and Federal Regulations

Qualifications:

* 2+ years experience working with children and families in a pediatric setting
* Prior experience working with children with autism or other intellectual disabilities
* Masters or doctoral degree in occupational therapy, and be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
* Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
* Feeding experience is a plus
* Must have great problem-solving skills
* Available full-time 40 hours/week
* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Proficient in using technology (Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Office and familiar with EMR systems)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
