Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Evening Shift (3x12 Hours, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department settings
• Operate and manage specialized respiratory equipment including Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis TX, Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department experience required
• Valid Pennsylvania state Respiratory Therapist license required at time of submission
• RRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required — must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment such as Optiflow, IPV, and Cough Assist devices
• Experience in a high-acuity hospital environment
