Woodlands Primary Healthcare is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our in-person office team. This is an entry-level position, and no experience is required . We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working with patients in a fast-paced medical office.
Schedule and Pay
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending to 5:00 PM when needed.
- Location: In person.
- Pay: $13 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Verify and update patient information.
- Assist with front desk and basic administrative duties.
- Support the office team as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish .
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a medical office setting.
- No prior experience required.
Preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
