About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Enrollment & Marketing Officer (CEMO) to serve as the senior executive responsible for the entire student recruitment and enrollment ecosystem, as well as institutional marketing, communications, and brand strategy. The CEMO will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that integrates enrollment management, admissions, marketing, communications, digital engagement, CRM strategy, and market intelligence. This role requires a leader who can build a modern enrollment organization, leveraging data, storytelling, AI, and automation to drive sustainable enrollment growth and enhance the institution's national reputation. The successful candidate will be both a strategist and a builder, comfortable with analyzing enrollment funnels, developing institutional strategy, and leading teams through change. Key responsibilities for the CEMO include establishing and optimizing the enrollment strategy, leading admissions operations, and developing recruitment strategies for domestic and international students. The role also involves leading the marketing and brand strategy, overseeing digital and AI strategy, and championing responsible AI adoption. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (master's preferred), a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience, and a strong background in enrollment strategy, CRM systems, and integrated marketing campaigns. They should possess excellent analytical, financial management, communication, and storytelling skills, and have a proven track record in leading organizational change. The CEMO will be expected to modernize the institution's marketing and communications strategy, implement AI-enabled enrollment workflows, and establish institutional KPIs.
